In-House Wellness Plan
Our in-house “Wellness Program” is specifically designed for patients without traditional dental insurance. This program provides discounts on everything from cleanings and x-rays to crowns and fillings!
Our Wellness Program includes the following:
- 2 cleaning per year (absence of gum/periodontal disease)
- 2 exams per year (includes Comprehensive Exam)
- 1 Emergency Exam
- 2 Oral Cancer screenings per year
- 1 set of Bitewing X-rays per year (4 films)
- Any additional x-rays needes during the year
- 15% OFF all procedures in-office including:
- Additional cleaning (if needed),
- dental sealants,
- fillings,
- core buildups,
- extractions,
- root canals,
- scaling and root planing (deep cleaning),
- crowns,
- veneers,
- periodontal procedures,
- dentures,
- partials.
Eligibility
Any new patient or current patient in good standing can join this program. Current patients must have a zero balance at the time of signing. Annual enrollment fee must be paid in full at the start of the anniversary month.
Program Guidelines
- Patient’s portion of bill due on the day of service.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other form of dental insurance or coverage.
- There will be a $50 reinstatement fee if your program lapses.
- No refunds will be issued at any time if a participant decides not to utilize the dental plan.
- In order to continue in our Wellness Program and take advantage of these amazing savings, a patient must keep with their 6-month cleanings.
- The yearly fee will be due on your anniversary month.
